Run Rice, Run

Lately I have been feeling a little....dumpy. Yes, that is right. No matter what our size, everyone knows what those days feel like. Being thin does not always equal fit. Lucky for me though, the man of the house makes me feel like a million bucks no matter what. But despite his sweet compliments, I have realized I need to get back into my work out routine- so I can feel my absolute best physically and mentally. SO here it goes- Tennis twice a week and doing my best to run every other day.

A big shout out to Heidi- for getting me into running in the first place- and kick boxing. I have had so much fun and feel like such a tough lady! Rrrr...(flex) :)

Aww...thanks for the shout out Linds! You are amazing. Isn't it amazing what a little exercise will do for one's body though?!
